Tiffany White has been a cornerstone of Kurti Orthodontics for over 23 years. As office manager and new patient coordinator in the Murphy office, she helps keep everything running smoothly while making patients feel comfortable from their very first visit. She also supports the Franklin office as needed, stepping into roles from front desk to chairside—wherever she’s needed most.

Known for her ability to connect with people and her deep roots in the Murphy community, Tiffany has been a major influence in the growth of the practice. She has seen the office grow from a small team to a thriving practice serving families across the region, while maintaining the same commitment to honesty, integrity, and relationships.

Tiffany is known for turning first visits into lasting friendships. One of her earliest memories in the office captures both the learning curve and the humor she brings to her work—while assisting a patient, she removed an archwire and accidentally pulled out what turned out to be a false tooth. At the time, she thought she had pulled the tooth out completely. It’s a moment she still laughs about today and one that reflects her willingness to jump in, learn quickly, and never take herself too seriously.

Whether she’s welcoming a new patient, helping chairside, or supporting her team, Tiffany brings energy, loyalty, and a genuine love for people to everything she does.
