Penny MooreSenior Orthodontic Assistant
For Penny, orthodontics is about much more than straight teeth. It is the privilege of watching patients grow, mature, and discover the confidence to share their smiles.
Penny Moore has been part of Kurti Orthodontics since 1999, when Dr. Kurti invited her to consider joining the practice after getting to know her through church. She came from restaurant management with no experience in orthodontics, but she was cross-trained from the beginning and quickly discovered that she had found a place where she could learn, contribute, and grow.
Today, Penny is an orthodontic assistant who wears many hats, helping with everything from patient care and lab work to inventory, ordering, and other behind-the-scenes details that keep the practice running smoothly. She especially values the open, welcoming atmosphere at Kurti Orthodontics—a place where patients, families, and team members talk, laugh, and get to know one another. After more than 27 years, Penny has watched generations of families come through the practice, and she still finds joy in seeing each patient’s confidence grow along with their smile.
