Jeanice RilesInsurance Specialist

For Jeanice Riles, working at Kurti Orthodontics has always been about more than insurance—it is about helping patients receive every benefit available to them and supporting people she has considered friends for more than four decades.

Jeanice Riles has been part of the Kurti Orthodontics story in more than one season, bringing extensive insurance experience and a determination to help patients receive the benefits they are due. She began working with the practice in the 1990s while also holding a full-time position at a medical hospital, coming into the Franklin office two evenings a week to manage insurance for all three locations.

Over the years, Jeanice has seen the practice grow, adapt, and overcome some extraordinary challenges. She has retired and returned more than once, including coming back when the practice needed additional help following the pandemic. Whether she is untangling a difficult claim or helping the office continue moving forward, Jeanice brings persistence, organizational skill, and a deep belief in the quality of care Kurti Orthodontics provides.
