Whether she is welcoming someone at reception or helping chairside, Emily brings a calm, capable presence to every part of the patient experience. She especially loves watching patients recognize their progress, and seeing the pride and excitement that come with a brand-new smile.
Emily is cross-trained in both reception and chairside assisting, giving her a valuable understanding of the entire patient experience. At the front desk, she schedules appointments, answers questions, manages accounts, and helps patients and families navigate the practical details of treatment. Chairside, she enjoys the hands-on work and the opportunity to connect personally with patients.
Although Emily came to Kurti Orthodontics without a background in orthodontics, she brought valuable customer-service experience and a willingness to learn. Today, she can step into a variety of roles wherever she is needed. What she values most is the practice’s family-like environment and the relationships that develop as patients return throughout treatment, grow in confidence, and become part of the Kurti Orthodontics family.
