For 20 years, Debbie Farmer has been part of the steady, caring heart of Kurti Orthodontics — helping patients feel comfortable, encouraging newer team members, and celebrating the beautiful smiles that come out of this office.

Debbie Farmer joined Kurti Orthodontics on May 1, 2006, after years of working as a cosmetologist. In many ways, the role brought together two things she had been drawn to since childhood: caring for people and working in a dental setting. What began as a part-time opportunity quickly became a meaningful part of her life and a place where she says she has been “blessed beyond blessed” to work.

As an assistant to Dr. Kurti, Debbie brings steady hands, practical wisdom, and a deep understanding of the daily rhythm of orthodontic care. She remembers how overwhelming it felt to learn teeth numbers, brackets, wires, instruments, and records in the beginning, which makes her especially thoughtful when helping newer team members learn. Over the years, she has seen technology change from traditional impressions to digital scanning, but what she values most has stayed the same: caring well for patients, working together as a team, and watching beautiful smiles come to life.
